Ultimate Wedding Coverage

Despite our own style and advice on what works and what looks good, we still listen to what you want. Our information and guide is only there to help, we can take whatever photographs you want. However, it is only common sense that a photographer can only be in one place at one time. Having discussed planning and timings it is also important to list and detail any particular shots you require. This may include both the bride and the groom before the wedding ceremony and involve photographs at many locations. The more locations you require photography at means the more time the photographer has to travel about and not take photos.

It is fairly common practice that we take photographs of the bride getting ready, the groom having a nervous handshake with guests arriving at the ceremony, the ceremony itself (permitting – churches and civil ceremonies have varying rules and regulations for photography which we have to adhere to), after the ceremony as a married couple, with the car/transport and then at the reception or a location which has been pre assigned by us both for the couple shots and any group shots. The easier it is for guests to relax and enjoy themselves with canapés and drinks the easier it is for the photographer to take better photographs. Having a good proportion of your photographs as more natural reportage and contemporary shots also enables you to do what you should and ‘enjoy’ yourself.

The proof is in the final photographs and having a collection with relaxed smiling guests and people having fun will make those memories of the day seem all the more special. We listen and want to make the photographs of your wedding, exactly the way you want them. We will not force our style upon you but lead you in to getting what is best from what you want.
