At Addison McGrath we believe in telling that story and creating a photographic collection that makes you smile, laugh, cry and above all remind you of that momentous occasion. We pride ourselves on working with you by listening to what you want, offering advice on what works well and thinking outside the box.

Our style is storytelling with an emphasis on fun and the contemporary, yet we balance this with an open approach to what our client wants. There is nothing worse than an arrogant photographer who will only work in their own comfort zone and not experiment and deliver what their client wants. We believe in a balance between your personality and themes with contemporary, traditional and reportage photography.

Although we have been advocates of the reportage and contemporary styles for years, this has now become the 'norm'. We want clients who seek the best and highest standards and not be happy with the average or run of the mill prints and albums that perpetuate the market. However, we never abandon what is the timeless traditional style of group wedding shots or the reportage natural photogarphy that makes up at least 70% of our average work at a wedding. We just feel we need to work with couples to create fun, exciting and creative collections of photos on top of that. From a reportage account of the bride getting ready and contemporary photographs of the detail that goes into staging a wedding, to the traditional family group shots and themed fun group shots all swigging champers while having a piggy back race, we are there to take the photographs that you want.
